Relaxing trip with unexpected perks As the timeshare industry matures, units age. This location strives to stay relevant. Nice towels, sheets, clean and unexpected perks. Nice visit to Tahoe. Loved the beach, fire pits and hot tub. Enjoyed it

Nice The location was perfect and the room was huge. The location was right in the lake with a beautiful view. The resort also has fire pits in the lake with a swimming pool and spa. We will definitely be back.

Cute well equipped studio Room had little kitchen area with big fridge. There were knives, plates, cups and blender but no stovetop. Not sure how busy it gets but there was big private beach and a really nice touch was two gas fire pits. There was also pool and hot tub but water wasn’t very hot. Two tennis courts on the property also.

Great resort and amazing location! Great location with a private beach, wonderful, large fire pits. Units are clean and staff is great. Pool is heated and fire pits are available even during the day. The rooms were spacious, well stocked and clean.

Very nice stay. Location was beautiful. Right on the beach, yet right in the middle of town. Unit was great. We had a one bedroom and it did not have a stove or dishwasher, but they provided an electric fry pan and or a two burner table top. I don't mind doing dishes. Very clean. Best part is, it is only a short 5 minute walk to a private beautiful sandy beach. Half of Lake Tahoe is in California where we were staying and a mile away was Nevada so they had Casinos too near by if you are into that. 10 Minute walk to Whole Food market. People were very nice.

nice clean facility Stayed for a week in Building 2. This particular facility doesnt face the beach but is still nice. For the most part it was very clean and well maintained. We did see a spider couple times in our room so that might be a concern for next time. Location is very good as this is pretty much in the heart of Tahoe Lake area.
