Stoneridge Resort is located in beautiful Blanchard, which is 35 miles north of Coeur d’Alene and 40 miles south of Sandpoint, in North Idaho. Stoneridge Resort is a timeshare resort surrounded by StoneRidge Golf and Recreational Community. Stoneridge Resort has 146 condominiums, a 24,000 square foot recreation center, a park with picnic pavilion, a state of the art mini golf course, and tennis courts. It sits on approximately 11 acres of land, like an island in the middle of a planned unit community. Over 5,400 families own deeded weeks of timeshare at Stoneridge Resort, and the majority of them live within a 50 mile radius of the resort. Barbeques are available at the picnic shelter, plus conveniently and newly added locations adjacent to the condominiums, in addition to the deck of the Loft. The Lodge features a new media room for with a 60” high definition TV. The picnic shelter can seat up to 300 people and is often used for family get-togethers and other special events on a first come, first served basis. Our one of a kind, Panhandle Loop Mini Golf Course boasts 19 holes and introduces you to the Idaho Panhandle in a unique way. Each hole on the course represents a historic or geological site that can be found on a matching historic drive around north Idaho’s Panhandle. Each hole is accompanied by an interpretive sign describing that region’s historic or geological significance. We offer an associated map so that you can drive all or part of the 275 mile historic loop. There is a usage fee for the mini golf course.
