Perfect location, brilliant staff, highly recommend the Hotel Incredible location! Only 2 min from the beach in a street with nice shops and good restaurants. Rooms are ok, a bit dates, but clean and with a good view. We stayed here for 9 nights and the Staff was absolut wonderful and helpsome all the time. We never experienced any bad or negative situations. The hotel provide the cheapest overnight/week valet parking in Waikiki (as far as we experienced). We had a late evening flight out of Oahu at check-out day and the hotel stored our luggage and offered us towels so we could use the pool and showers the entire day. A very nice and appreciated gesture. The Pool is on 27th floor with a great view. I warmly recommend the hotel and will stay here again if I ever return to Waikiki. Price/room/location/staff 10/10.

Resort hotel (RCI) The location of the hotel is great, but it is poorly used as a resort hotel. The staff were smiling and helpful, and the hotel itself was okay. However, as a resort, the price is quite low compared to Sheraton, Hilton, etc. Maybe there is no ginger.

This was a Paradise Vacation !!! This was a dream vacation. The people in Hawaii are so nice. They make you feel like your one of there own. The weather was great. So many amazing views of the island and beaches. We will truly recommend this paradise to family and friends !!!

Vacation at the imperial Hawaiian Resort The first room was not the best studio- very small. Had to turn sideways to get into the Murphy bed. Very disappointed that I paid for this extra day. Thankfully the RCI studio for 7 days was roomier. Enjoyed a partial ocean view.

Imperial Hawaii Resort thru RCI timeshare exchange Location was great. Staff was helpful. ABC store being in the building was convenient. Use Uber or Lyft not a taxi, taxi when we did use it was easily twice as much as Uber would have been. I really felt that by using the RCI timeshare exchange that we were giving one the worst rooms and that they saved the better rooms for folks that paid cash. Book for the location, just don't expect a great room location or view.

Best hotel! Amazing staff and everything is right by the hotel. You get discounts and there’s a bunch of free stuff as well. I would definitely stay here again, it’s my favorite hotel by far, and it’s cheap for everything you get there. 10/10 would highly recommend.
